Getting Engaged!

One of the most exciting times in a persons life is the day their significant other asks them to spend the rest of their lives together. I love getting the opportunity to capture that moment. Especially because I got engaged last December in my most favorite place in the Finger Lakes, and I am currently in the middle of all the crazy but fun wedding planning!

Being a photographer, I would have known something was up if one of my photographer friends was taking our pictures so we were fortunate to have some ladies doing some holiday shopping capture this moment for us!

I love being able to look back at that photo and remember that special moment that changed our lives. So to be able to photograph a couple during this moment and seeing the pure reaction and joy is incredible.

This past summer I had the pleasure of capturing this moment between Rachel and Chase along with their families. They got the family together for an end of summer picnic but little did Rachel know it was all for the proposal!

The moment and images both turned out beautiful!
